Please note: The above-stated address is not a physical store, from which you have the possibility of buying/returning goods. 

The price is indicated in Danish Kroner and Euro. All prices have the danish VAT of 25% included. With the exception of openly mistakes, the prices that appear on the website are those that apply. 

At Tubus technology’s webshop you can pay with:

The payment is not withdrawn from your account until the order has been shipped. Only the approved amount can be withdrawn from your account. 

Your order has not been placed until your payment information has been approved by Tubus Technology. Orders placed on national and public holidays will be handled the following workday. 

By purchasing a product you accept the terms and conditions of Tubus and you are encouraged to read these well through. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by mail.

Tubus Technology reserves the right to correct any mistakes and to change, as well as update information at any point of time, without any previous warning. In case of pricing mistakes on the articles, Tubus will inform you regarding this and hereafter wait for your approval of the corrected price before the transaction is completed. 
Shipping and delivery 
We use third-party firms to deliver our products both domestically and in Europe. When your package is dispatched you will receive a tracking number from one of the delivery firms, so that you can track your package. 

Expected delivery time
Delivery time Domestic: 5-7 workdays.
Delivery time Europe: 5-7 workdays. 

If longer shipping should occur, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the delay.

The return policy applies to all orders made on tubustechnology.com in Europe. 

We want to satisfy all customers and encourage you to contact customer care by mail: info@tubusone.com or phone +45 22 38 82 56, if you experience any problems with the received products. 

Tubus Technology offers 14 days full return on products bought online if the package has not been damaged or broken. Purchases can only be returned if the sealing is not broken on the individual articles in the box. 

If you wish to return your purchase, it should be returned in the original packaging. If you want to return the product please send an e-mail to info@tubusone.com. Please return the product along with the invoice back to Tubus Technology within 14 days after delivery. 
The purchase price will be transferred back to your account when the product is received and confirmed by Tubus Technology. The payment will be refunded with the same payment method as the one you used to purchase the product.

Tubus Technology claims the right to, after an assessment in each case to partly or fully hold back money, if the product has been used more than necessary in order to notice the quality of the product.
In case your package looks visibly damaged and you suspect the product has been damaged, it is important that you refuse to receive it.

The buyer has the right to make a claim about the purchased product, within 24 months, according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you have the right to get your product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted - depending on the specific situation. 

It is required that the claim is justified and that the defect on the product has not occurred due to incorrect use of the product or any other damaging behavior. The claim must happen within a reasonable time after the defect is noticed.

Tubus technology makes reservations for price errors, spelling mistakes, and delays.
